NetGap will charge between 10% and 20% on all components used for new builds, repairs or upgrades. Whereas most components fall into the 10% category some such as hard disks that require additional setup time to format and partition will be 20%.

Software installation charges will vary depending upon complexity, operating system installations (Windows XP, 2000 etc) will incur additional costs as they often require a few hours downloading of updates and patches from Microsoft. Don't let that put you off, you will get a fixed price or be notified of costs before you're liable. Prices are fair and sensible.
